If you need a specific room dimension, it may be best to have it measured yourself. Other: These are other rooms that the home may have that are not accounted for above. The dimensions are given in this section and the descriptions are listed below. Common “other” rooms include: dens, offices, rec rooms and any additional bedrooms (that exceed 5). MBR: Master Bedroom. If the master bedroom is not clearly identified by looking at the home, it is usually considered the largest bedroom on the main or upper floor. ![]() The middle part of this section breaks down the square footage.
