New Listings: 875 homes for sale Average List Price: $ 302,236 Search Homes for Sale in Southeast Colorado Springs Real Estate Pending Sales: 295 homes went under contract in March 2008 Sold Homes: 195 Average SOLD Price: $257,152 Search Homes for Sale in Southwest Colorado Springs Real Estate Lowest Average Sold Price: Central Colorado Springs (CEN): $120,155 Search Homes for Sale in Central and Downtown Colorado Springs Real Estate Median Sold Price: $201,790 Search Homes for Sale in East Colorado Springs Real Estate Average List Price:Sale Price Ratio: 98.35% Lowest LP:SP Ratio: Westside Colorado Springs real estate market (WES): 95.87% Search Homes for Sale in Westside Colorado Springs Real Estate Comments: Like February 2008, the most active area was real estate in Fountain Valley (F/V), where 89 new listings went on the market and 59 homes went under contract or sold in March 2008. Fountain Valley is just south of Colorado Springs and immediately east of Fort Carson Army Base. The average home in Fountain sells in about 117 days for about $180,030.
